Color Country Ramblers RV Club meeting minutes August 21, 2019.
Camp Lutherwood, Utah

Meeting called to order by Secretary Vern Ratzlaff.
Pledge of Allegiance: No US flag available…no pledge given.

Visitor Introductions: Lisa & Keith Robinson from Hurricane. There were also visiting but departed prior to our Club meeting: Sue & Rick Parker (St. George), Dawn & Dick White (Hurricane). Also, there were several visitors attending our Club auction after the regular meeting…they brought money!!
Announcements:
The Club gives “Thanks” to Connie & Darrell Jones for hosting this event.
Trophy presentation was made to Wayne Kline for “Mexican Train Dominoes Champion”.
We celebrated birthday for Darrell Jones.

Coordinator’s Report:

The hosts for the upcoming September event will be Ruthe & Milan Vranich and the location will be at the Minersville Reservoir RV camp. The date for the September event will be Tuesday, September 17 thru Friday morning September 20th. You do not need to make reservations as they have reserved slots for us. The fees are $20 per night (cash…maybe check?)

The Club event for October will be at Kaibab Paiute Tribe RV Park at Pipe Springs, Arizona. You will need to call and make individual reservations 928 643-6601. We have reserved 10 slots for the Club. We are returning to Pipe Springs as the new RV park being built east of Kanab will not be ready…as reported by Vern & Dottie Ratzlaff (hosts for October). This park has gotten ratings averaging 4.5 out of 5 scale.
Minutes of the July meeting were approved as written and posted on the Club web site.
Treasurers Report: Vern Ratzlaff reported the Club has $1182.86 in the Club’s bank account and all bills are paid.
Old Business: No old business brought before the Club.
New Business: No new business presented for the Club.
Adjournment: There being no other business brought before the Club, Vern Ratzlaff closed the meeting. Minutes submitted by: Vern Ratzlaff, Club Secretary.

Now some great news: We raised $469 on the Club auction…Thanks to all of you in attendance and our visitors and the extra visitors from in the RV park!!
