• All upcoming campouts will be posted on the website.

• The breakfast meeting held on the day of departure shall be optional at the discretion of the Meeting Host

• The club fiscal year is January 1 - December 31

• Minutes will be emailed to each member by the secretary/treasurer as well as being posted to the club website.

• Dues for 2020 are suspended (December, 2019)

• Dues will be $5 per member (September 2021)

• Albums of the excursion pictures will no longer be maintained after September 2020.

• You can RSVP on the website for outings.  (March, 2021)

• Any Member who was not current on dues as of March 1st, would no longer be a Member of the Club. (September 2021)

• There will be a committee to recognize birthdays & anniversaries.  (July, 2022)
