Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by President Milan Vrajich at the indoor pavilion of 4 Seasons RV Park, Littlefield, AZ.
Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag was led by Wayne Kline.
Roll Call by Secretary Vern Ratzlaff…present were the following Members:

• Brad & Kathy Rasmussen
• Harold & Dee Jones
Club event coordinator, Joannie Kline, gave report and handed out a follow-up event sheet for the remaining Club meetings for 2021:
• June 15-18: Minersville State Park, Minnersville, UT - hosted by Brad & Kathy Rasmussen. • July 13-16: South 40 RV Park, Marysvale, UT - hosted by Vern & Dottie Ratzlaff. (Reservations must be made “NOW” as they will not hold spots open)
• August 16-20: Lutherwood RV Park, Lutherwood, UT (near junction of hwy 14 & 89) – hosted by Daryl & Connie Jones
• September 20-24: Four Seasons RV Park, Littlefield, AZ – hosted by Roger & Cindy Hudson (Also, this will be the date the club holds their annual auction/fund raiser for the Club.) • October: Site and host not yet determined.
• November 11-15: Lake Mead RV Park, Boulder City/Lake Mead, Nevada…we were advised to get reservations in now as they are booking full.
• December: Christmas Dinner – site not yet determined by Joanie.
Introductions: No guests or new member Introductions.
Minutes for the last regular Club Meeting held in April at the Paiute Pipe Springs RV Park were posted on the internet. Vern advised, that in the future, he will also email copies of minutes to all members as a convenience for those who were unable to attend the monthly meeting (Provided they have an email address). Also, the minutes will continue to be posted on our Club website (Thanks to Linda Larsen!!)
Treasurer’s Report was given by Treasurer Vern Ratzlaff: The Club has $1,122.97 in the Wells Fargo Bank with one bill pending for the Club’s outside dinner at the Virgin River Casino café ($206.71) on May 19th, 2021.

Adjournment: There being no other business brought before the Club, President Milan Vrajich called for adjournment. Dorothy Ratzlaff moved for adjournment and motion was seconded (twice); motion approved and meeting adjourned.
