Meeting Minutes
4/22/2021
Meeting called to order by President Milan Vrajich at approximately 6:05PM at the outdoor pavilion of Kaibab Piaute RV Park, Pipe Springs, Arizona.
Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag was led by Ruth Vrajich.
Roll Call by Secretary Vern Ratzlaff…present were the following Members:

Vern & Dottie Ratzlaff

Introductions: Alice (Ally) Loeffler was introduced as a guest and prospective new Club member.
Announcements: May Campout hosted by Milan & Ruthe Vrajich will be at the Four Seasons RV Park at Littlefield, AZ (9 miles from Mesquite, NV.), on May 18-21, 2021.
Minutes for the last regular Club Meeting held in March at Pahrump, NV.
The Secretary was still in the “snowbank” and did not make the meeting and no minutes were recorded.
Treasurer’s Report was given by Treasurer Vern Ratzlaff: The Club has $1,122.97 in the Wells Fargo Bank with no bills pending.
Club event coordinator, Joannie Kline, gave report and discussion was held as to several future Club meetings:
May: Four Seasons, AZ - hosted by Milan & Ruthe Vrajich.
June: Minnersville, UT - hosted by Brad & Kathy Rasmussen.
July: Site not yet determined - hosted by Vern & Dottie Ratzlaff.
August: Lutherwood, UT (near junction of hwy 14 & 89) – hosted by Daryl & Connie Jones
September: Four Seasons, AZ – hosted by Roger & Cindy Hudson (Also, this will be the date the club holds their annual auction/fund raiser for the Club.)
October: Site and host not yet determined.
November: Lake Mead, Nevada…we were advised to get reservations in now as they are booking full.
December: Christmas Dinner (Paid for by Club Funds) – site not yet determined by Joanie.

Adjournment: There being no other business brought before the Club, President Milan Vrajich called for adjournment. Linda Larsen moved for adjournment and Roger Hudson seconded; motion approved and meeting adjourned.
